THE BIG STORY
It’s going to be an active start to the week as a cold front and upper level wave move on in. But, a deeper trough will dig in on Wednesday, which will bring another shot of colder air to the area.

TODAY’S FORECAST
It’s going to be a fantastic day! We start off chilly, but will see temps climb back to the 50s and low 60s. The clouds will be on the increase as we our next disturbance heads our way. It’ll be a good day to get the yard cleaned up before the rain sets in.
ENJOY THE DAY!
BUT IT DOESN’T STOP THERE

THE REST OF THE STORY
Our first disturbance moves through overnight tonight. That’s going to bring the rain with it. And, I’m talking about some much needed rain. How about 1″-2″ of rainfall. Which of course, is going to make for soggy start to our Monday morning. But, the rain won’t be with us all day Monday. Sure, it will be overcast and gray, but not rainy, per se. That’s like the case on into our Tuesday as well, but heading into Wednesday we have a much deeper trough moving in. That slides in on Wednesday. We will likely have an early morning high temperature, or at least a steady temp for most of the day. But, I do anticipate afternoon temperatures to plummet. As the colder air races in, the moisture will be exiting. It happens every year, but the question always remains in these kind of situations, can the cold air catch the moisture. Most times it doesn’t, but when it does, we can get a quick bout of wet, heavy snow.
Stay tuned.
Into the weekend we go and high pressure builda back in giving us sunshine and more seasonable weather.
Have a great day!
