THE BIG STORY
Enjoy the day today because it will be the most sunny of the next 7 days as high pressure dominates the weather pattern. But, we have two waves of rain that will move through this week bringing some much needed raifall, but also hamper some holiday travel.
I will post a lot more on social media. Please be sure to like and follow @MikeWitcherTV on Twitter, Instagram and Facebook. Along with @ETNweather on Facebook.
TODAY’S FORECAST
Morning dense fog and chilly temperatures are with us to get the day started. The fog will burn off and the sun will shine all day long with some very high thin cirrus clouds drifting through.
Highs will reach the low to mid 60s. So right where we should be for this time of the year.
Thanks to the clear skies, once the sun sets it will get chilly fairly quickly.
ENJOY THE DAY!
BUT IT DOESN’T STOP THERE

THE REST OF THE STORY
Looking ahead into Thanksgiving week we will be tracking two storms that will roll through. The first one comes through Monday night into Tuesday morning. This will likely bring us less than 1/4″ of rainfall.
We dry out Tuesday and Wednesday. But, another more potent wave of energy moves through late Wednesday and through the day on Thanksgiving Day. This second wave will bring us over an inch of rain. So, when you look at the rainffall potential next week we are looking at 1″-2″ by the end of the week.
As far as high temperatures, we’ll see above average weather through Monday. Behind the cold front Tuesday and again on Thursday, colder air is expected to move in for the following weekend.
A LOOK AHEAD
We stay at or even below average weather as a couple pockets of colder air move through. With the colder, drier air, we will likely stay on the drier than average side per the Climate Prediction Center.
