THE BIG STORY

Happy Saturday!
We are tracking a cold front that will swing through the area over the next couple of days. This will produce some rain for the area, which is desparately needed at this point.

I will post a lot more on social media. Please be sure to like and follow @MikeWitcherTV on Twitter, Instagram and Facebook. Along with @ETNweather on Facebook.

TODAY’S FORECAST

We start the day off with a mix of sun and clouds. The clouds will be on the increase through the day. It stays warm with high temperatures in the 70s. So we continue to stay above average.
If you are headed to the stadium for tailgating, it will feel fantastic, but warm. You’ll need the sweatshirts by the end of the game as temps come back down to the 60s.

ENJOY THE DAY!

THE REST OF THE STORY

Sunday will bring us clouds and a chance for light rain. But, the cold front swings through Sunday night into Monday morning. That will bring us another shot for showers during the overnight hours. It looks to produce some decent rain, making for a soggy start to our Veteran’s Day. But, if you planning on attending the parade, it looks dry, for now.
Another cold front moves through mid to late week. This won’t bring us a lot of moisture, but it will bring our weather back down to those seasonal averages. Highs in the 60s and lows in the 30s and 40s.

A LOOK AHEAD

As mentioned above, we are looking at high pressure and above average temperatures as we round out October and start November! While the Climate Prediction Center has added a small probability of an increase in the rain chances over the next 6-10 and 8-14 days out. However, based on the latest model guidance, rainfall will begin to increase this week and the weekend.
We definitely need the rain!
