LOOKING AHEAD
A ridge of high pressure will hold strong for a couple of days. That means it will be hot. High temperatures will be in the low to mid 90s, above average, and that will put our heat index into the low 100s.
It doesn’t appear at this time we will see much in the way of rain through Wednesday. If we see anything at all, it’ll likely be a few afternoon storms in the mountains.
Now we will be watching Tropical Storm Debby closely. While most models keep it well to our east, there is a chance it could swing a little closer to East Tennessee, which would elevate those rain chances by the middle to end of the week.

Have a great day!
