Can we just get a break from this heat?
Actually, YES!
We are tracking the remnants of Beryl that will be moving to our west-northwest. That will bring us a lot more humidity today with a few more clouds and a chance for some scattered showers and storms. Unfortunately, it just doesn’t add up to much. But, behind the cold front Beryl drags through the area Wednesday, we will see lower humidity and slightly cooler high temperatures.
This will feel great as we round out the workweek.
The dew points will drop behind Beryl’s cold front that swings through the area on Wednesday. That will last through the end of the week before dew points may climb a little more through the weekend and the start of next week.
THE TROPICS
The remnants of Beryl will continue to slide to our west and northwest. The heaviest rain will fall in the Great Plains and the Upper Midwest. For us, it will bring more humidity until the cold front swings through on Wednesday. That will drop our high temperatures and dew points for a couple of day.s
