The Weather Prediction Center has issued risks for a possible localized flood threat over the next three days.
Now let’s talk about the risk for severe weather. The Storm Prediction Center has issued severe weather risks for East Tennessee beginning Tuesday and lasting through Thursday. We have a very unstable atmosphere developing. This, combined with upper level energy and cold fronts to produce that severe weather threat.
