Good morning and happy Tuesday!

A cold front and an upper level disturbance will bring the rain to East Tennessee through the day today. Pockets of locally heavy rain are likely, especailly for the Cumberland Plateau and the southern valley.

Here’s what it looks like on the big picture. This front will push the rain through today with drier weather on the way Wednesday and Thursday. However, another cold front will move in on Friday, bringing another round of rain and an unsettles weather pattern this weekend.
