Today is going to be a great day and the calm before the storm. We start off in the 30s and 40s with a few clouds. The clouds will break up through the day, leaving us with sunshine. Temperatures will stay nice and average, in the low 50s. 
We stay rain free today!
But, that quickly changes overnight tonight and through the week.

We have a very wet weather pattern setting up shop this week.
Three rounds of moderate to heavy rain.
Round #1 comes through Tuesday into Wednesday, bringing 1.5″-2.5″ of rainfall.
Round #2 comes through Wednesday into Thursday, bringing 1″-3″ of rainfall.
Round #3 comes through Saturay into Sunday bringing another round of 1″3″ of rainfall.
RAINFALL TOTALS
3″-7″ with isolated 8″+.
