A weak disturbance brings us clouds today, but more waves of energy swing through this week bringing us a lot more rainfall.

A weak, mostly dry cold front is swinging through the area. That is bringing the clouds today. We have a very slight chance for some light rain/drizzle mainly in the mountains. The skies will gradually clear through the afternoon/evening hours. Despite the clouds, we will continue to see above average temperatures, in the 50s and 60s.

Today is the last day of dry weather before a rather unsettled weather pattern sets up through the week and into the weekend. The thing is this wet weather pattern may stick around through the next couple of weeks. Just through the weekend we may see anywhere from 1″-2″ of rainfall.
Behind Saturday’s cold front, we will see another drop in those temps. I think we start out Sunday with temperatures in the 60s, but drop to the 50s during the day.
